Our founder CA. Prakhar Gupta is a Commerce graduate (B. Com) from National College (Lucknow University) in 2011 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013. He is a fellow member of ICAI (FCA) and has also completed Certification Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks recognized by ICAI.
He had a working experience in various domains of management consultancy, data analysis & industry research. His multi- dimensional approach has provided strategic inputs to the clients in all facets of their business and not necessarily to core audit and taxation areas. He has equipped himself with strong analytical skills and developed a deeper insight into the essence of various industries. Throughout his career, he has provided services to a diverse array of clients spanning multiple sectors, including Retail, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Information Technology, FMCG, Automotive, etc. His core areas of specialization are Risk Mitigation, Business structuring and compliance implementation. His attention to details, level-headedness, and ability to embrace challenges adds value to the organization.
He helps clients in establishing a robust internal control and compliance mechanism to mitigate the business risks and thereby improving overall governance in the organization. He has a rich exposure of working for Automotive Sector . His core competence includes possessing a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and practices, allowing him to effectively manage complex financial operations within the Automotive Sector. From budgeting and forecasting to financial reporting and analysis, he leverages his expertise to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability.
